Amid challenging economic times, eBay sought to spread festive cheer and support its community, even in small but meaningful ways. Enter Elves on the Move—a creative campaign where content creators from the UK and US took to the streets of their cities, surprising random strangers with eBay vouchers to brighten their holidays and make gift shopping a little easier.

With a tight three-week turnaround, I contributed as a creative, developing the initial concept, drafting creator briefs, and collaborating with producers and casting to bring the idea to life. Once we secured the creators, I briefed them on the vision, and they hit the streets to capture the joyful moments we envisioned.

I also crafted design storyboards and worked closely with the design team to deliver the final edits, producing one hero video and three shorter pieces of content. The campaign brought eBay’s festive spirit to life while engaging audiences with authentic, heartwarming moments.
